ABOUT OUR WORK

 

Born and raised on a family dairy farm in Woodslee, Ontario. MVF (Malden Valley Farms). I’ve worked on the family farm all through school and developed an interest in purebred Holstein cattle during which I learned the skill of clipping and preparing cattle for shows.  Had the privilege of working with some of the finest herdsmen while travelling through Canada, North America and abroad preparing cattle for many of the very best farms with show herds.  Bred and or owned numerous All Ontario, All American, All Canadian animals throughout the years.  I became an official judge and judged many shows locally as well as across North America and abroad.  I was a member of two Holstein nominating committees as well as the committee that refined the true type cow and bull for Holstein Canada.

In 2015 I was contacted by Jack Morris to assist with his auction company.  We had many great years of collaboration before his untimely passing.  In honour of Jack we strive to carry on his legacy in providing both in person and online auctions.
